Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

About the role

The role is a Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) located at the One Medical Cleveland French Creek Square clinic in Avon, OH with the potential to support shifts at the Van Aken District clinic in Shaker Heights, OH. You will be seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office and occasionally through telehealth, collaborating with in-office teammates, performing in-office procedures, and obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Ohio
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Board Certification

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $135/hour.

Schedule

8-23 patient care hours per week.
