Per Diem Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Casual Employee)

About the role
This is a casual/per diem, hourly clinician role seeing patients across multiple offices in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. You will work 8-23 patient care hours per week.
Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treat patients in-office as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
- Thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
- Board Certification

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $67 per hour on a W2 basis.
This role supports the Chicago suburbs One Medical clinics including Deerfield, Skokie - Old Orchard, and Oak Brook Promenade.
