Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License or PTA License
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure collaborative care is maintained between other therapists
• Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic and improve clinic flow
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care

Pay
