Per Diem Physical Therapist / PTA

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking Per-Diem Physical Therapists and PTAs to handle coverage at multiple SportsMed locations in Hudson County. We are a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast, offering a multidisciplinary approach to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients. Our facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Responsibilities

• Accurately evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, including physician referrals and direct access.
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify and address challenges within the clinic to improve clinic flow.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives aimed at continuously improving clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License or PTA License.
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$60 - $70 an hour
