Per Diem Physical & Occupational Therapists

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.
• Absorb and effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Aid families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.
• Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.
• Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
• Timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• OT or PT Degree with active license in Hawaii
• Live on the island of Maui
• Strong communication skills
• Honesty & Integrity
• Good time management skills
• Team Player
