We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Circadia Health" (company description) and "About The Role". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions. The posting includes "Circadia Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." which is EEO boilerplate, should be removed. Also "We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools..." is also boilerplate, remove. Also "If you would like more information..." remove. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (the description about role), "Responsibilities" (What You’ll Do), "Qualifications" (Must-Have Qualifications, Nice-to-Haves), "Benefits" (Compensation & Perks), maybe "Pay" (they have "$3,000 - $5,200 a month" and per diem etc). Also "Schedule" (Minimum: 4-8 days/month, opportunity to increase days). Also "Location" maybe not a standard heading but could be included under "About the role"? The instruction list includes specific headings but we can add others if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings where appropriate. We can also include other headings if needed but better to stick to those. We have location info: "Location(s): Multiple sites across southern and central Maine — Kennebunk, Augusta, Norway, Bath, Brunswick, and Yarmouth — plus Dover, NH." Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Location". Not in list but could be included under About the role. We'll embed location in About the role paragraph. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The job title is "Circadia Nurse Practitioner". Not to be used as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Company description: "About Circadia Health Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines: Contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy Native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance Enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA." We could include this as part of About the role? Probably better as a separate "About the company" but not in list. Could embed in About the role section as introductory paragraph. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can have

About the role

and include both company description and role description? Might be okay. But we also have "About The Role" heading in original. We'll make that the About the role section. Thus:

About the role

Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company on a mission to prevent avoidable hospitalizations and transform senior-care operations. Our Circadia Intelligence Platform combines: contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy; native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance; enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows. Today, our technology touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

Transform patient care with AI — at the bedside and in the home. As a Circadia Nurse Practitioner, you'll work across both our skilled nursing and Home Health AI Care programs, seeing patients first, acting on predictive health signals in real time, and coaching facility teams to turn data into earlier interventions that reduce preventable readmissions. In our SNF partner facilities, you'll round on new admits, facility-flagged patients, and Circadia alerts. In the home health setting, you'll bring that same proactive model directly into patients' homes, extending high-quality care beyond the walls of a facility. Throughout, you'll blend direct patient care with tech-to-bedside integration through hands-on training, live demos, and shadowed assessments. Location(s): Multiple sites across southern and central Maine — Kennebunk, Augusta, Norway, Bath, Brunswick, and Yarmouth — plus Dover, NH. Candidates must hold active licensure in both Maine and New Hampshire, or be willing to obtain NH licensure upon hire.

Now Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list. We need to convert to
  • . Content: - Direct patient care: Conduct initial and follow-up assessments on flagged residents; initiate/adjust plans of care; complete consent; coordinate with facility providers. - Tech → bedside integration: Train and coach staff at the point of care, standardize use of Circadia into clinical workflows. - Data into action: Interpret trend-based insights, prioritize high-risk patients, and drive timely interventions to prevent decline. - Close the loop: Complete documentation/charts within the same day - High-volume rounding: Efficiently complete visits across designated SNFs (typically 25+/day where appropriate), focusing on new admits, facility-flagged patients, and Circadia alerts. - Quality & product feedback: Surface field insights to improve workflows and tech integration in a clinical setting - Mentor & collaborate: Support NP onboarding, share best practices, and partner with clinical ops/product teams. - Regional flexibility: Cover SNF sites and patient homes within a 30–40 mile radius. For locations outside that radius, mileage and lodging are covered per company policy. We'll put each as
  • . Now Qualifications: Must-Have Qualifications and Nice-to-Haves. Must-Have: - Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in ME & NH; ANCC (or equivalent) in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute. - Eligible for Medicare participation; company bills on your behalf. - 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; able to practice independently. - Valid ME & NH driver’s license; comfortable traveling locally. - Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment. - English required Nice-to-Haves: - Tech-savvy: Google Suite, multiple EMRs, Slack, AI transcription/tools. - Spanish is preferred. We could combine into Qualifications section with two sub-sections? But we can just list all items, maybe separate with headings? The instruction only allows certain headings; we could still include

    Qualifications

and then list items, maybe separate with

for Nice-to-Haves? But we must not invent filler. We'll list all qualifications as

    • . Could separate Nice-to-Haves as a note inside li? Better to have two lists: Must-Have and Nice-to-Haves with

headings? But we cannot add arbitrary headings not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests we should use those. To be safe, we can have

      Qualifications

and then within that we can have

      Must-have:

      then
etc. But that adds extra headings (

) which is fine. We'll not create extra

beyond those. Similarly for Benefits: we have compensation and perks. Compensation & Perks: - Per Diem, 25+ visit per day - Minimum: 4-8 days/month, opportunity to increase days based on patient demand - Paid per visit model - Mission + autonomy: Lead a high-impact program that advances proactive care—own your outcomes. - Tools that help: AI documentation, in-app training, integrated workflows; company laptop + mobile tools. - Travel support: Reimbursed per the federal rate - Compensation: $3,000 - $5,200 a month We need to decide sections: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay: "$3,000 - $5,200 a month". Also per diem etc maybe part of Benefits. Schedule: "Minimum: 4-8 days/month, opportunity to increase days based on patient demand". Also maybe "Per Diem, 25+ visit per day" is about visits per day, not schedule. We could create:

        Benefits

        • Per Diem, 25+ visit per day
        • Mission + autonomy: Lead a high-impact program that advances proactive care—own your outcomes.
        • Tools that help: AI documentation, in-app training, integrated workflows; company laptop + mobile tools.
        • Travel support: Reimbursed per the federal rate

        Pay

        $3,000 - $5,200 a month

        Schedule

Minimum: 4-8 days/month, opportunity to increase days based on patient demand

But we also have "Paid per visit model" maybe could be under Pay or Benefits. Could add to Pay section as well. We need to avoid duplication. Also we have "Per Diem, 25+ visit per day" maybe belongs to Benefits (per diem) and also indicates visits per day. We'll keep as is. Now we must ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, AI tools note, etc. Also we need to remove duplicated lines: none. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
