Per Diem - Medical Pulmonary Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Pulmonary Unit Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: Night shift, 7:00pm - 7:30am Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, collect health data, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and effective interventions.Communicate clearly across multiple channels with patients, families, and colleagues.Provide personalized patient and family education based on assessed needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited institution.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
