About the role

Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at varying levels, responsible for providing patient care under supervision with increasing responsibilities based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in assigned clinical areas, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Apply clinical knowledge and skills to meet patient needs.
• Prioritize patient care and make judgments regarding basic needs.
• Perform duties specific to each level, with higher levels including additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved vocational nursing program.
• Current, valid Texas LVN license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 6 months clinical experience or successful completion of a residency program.
• Proficiency with clinical equipment, supplies, and basic computer skills.

Preferred Experience

• LVN II: 4+ years of clinical experience.
• LVN III: 9+ years of clinical experience.

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $36.00, based on experience and qualifications.
