About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with recent ICU or Telemetry experience for per diem hospital assignments in Halifax, VA.
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, high-quality care in an acute-care setting
- Assessing and monitoring patients
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Following safety protocols
- Educating patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on assignments
