Per Diem HR Connects Advisor - HR Shared Services - Leave Management Accommodations
About the role
As a per diem HR Connects Advisor specializing in leave management and ADA process, you'll guide new employees through the leave of absence experience with an emphasis on quality and service. You'll be responsible for accuracy and thoroughness of disability documentation, ensuring compliance with all hospital leave policies, Federal and State leave laws and regulatory guidelines. You'll master our case management platform, allowing you to provide a broad scope of services by phone, email, and chat to solve customer inquiries related to accommodations, leave administration, leave timekeeping and HR policies. You will also have the opportunity to assist other teams across HR Shared Services such as Benefits, Onboarding or Workforce Administration as needed.
Schedule
Day Flex position with hours varying between 8:00am - 6:00pm. This role requires on-site presence; all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
Required Criteria
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- Commitment to contributing to a positive, respectful, and FUN work culture
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to interact with employees across the hospital
Preferred Criteria
- Previous human resources work and/or internship experience (willing to train smart, enthusiastic, confident professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences)
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual Spanish

$40.00/Hourly
