Title: HR-Shared Services - Advisor Location: Pensacola, FL Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range;$20.78-$25.63 Per Hr Description Join our team as a Shared Services Advisor in a hybrid role based in Winchester, VA or Pensacola, FL. This contract position involves providing guidance across shared services functions to optimize operations and resolve employee inquiries. The role requires familiarity with HR processes and systems, and a focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from employees, providing guidance and support for HR inquiries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR services to effectively address and route inquiries. Analyze and resolve basic operational issues and discrepancies efficiently. Ensure adherence to service level agreements and compliance with HR policies. Conduct quality control checks and suggest process improvements. Qualifications 2-7 years of experience in HR or Shared Services roles. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment. Familiarity with HR systems and processes, including human capital management systems. Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
