About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care, utilizing nursing expertise to ensure positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and treatments for personalized care.
- Analyze patient data to guide treatment decisions and interventions.
- Implement prescribed medical treatments while adhering to protocols for patient safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate communication and coordinated care.
- Seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex cases to optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, including clinical specialty experience.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
