Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Provider)

About the role

This is a casual (per diem, hourly clinician) role requiring 8–16 patient care hours per week. Your weekly schedule will include hours at several clinics in the Chicago area.

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $120 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed specified qualifications.
