Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

About the Role

One Medical is seeking a casual/per diem clinician to join our team in the San Mateo, CA area. This is an hourly role, offering 8-23 patient care hours per week, with a focus on providing high-quality, human-centered primary care.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles
• Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to take the next available exam
• State licensed in California before start date

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $177.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be considered for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
