Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

Employment Type: Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Location: Seeing patients across one or more DFW clinic locations
About the Role
- Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training with opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $123.00.
Schedule
8-23 patient care hours per week
This role will support one or more of the following clinic locations: West 7th District in Fort Worth, Addison Prestonwood Place in Dallas, Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Preston Center in Dallas, and Shops at Legacy in Dallas.
