About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care, collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments to deliver personalized care.
- Analyze patient data to inform medical decisions and treatment plans.
- Implement prescribed medical interventions while adhering to protocols for patient safety.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to improve communication and care delivery.
- Seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex cases.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse, including clinical specialty experience.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
