About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to support comprehensive, personalized care. They analyze patient data to inform medical decisions, implement prescribed interventions, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Collaborating with the healthcare team, they facilitate communication to improve patient outcomes. They seek guidance from senior medical professionals on complex cases to ensure optimal care and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1 year of RN experience, including in a clinical specialty
- RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
