PEPI Senior Associate - IT M&A
Description
The role is within the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) – Information Technology & Merger Integration team at Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity. This team serves upper middle market and large cap private equity firms, focusing on improving operating results at their portfolio companies.
About the role
We are looking for individuals with 3-6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, with a minimum of three years specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation, and change management. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-acquisition IT diligence assignments
- Merger-integration and carve-out execution
- Day-1 and 100-day planning and execution
- Implementing quality deliverables and managing relationships
Qualifications
- Deep functional expertise in IT, business transformation, and change management
- Experience in ERP, WMS, CRM, IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, software development lifecycle, budgetary analysis, and organizational/personnel assessment
- Strong collaboration and change management skills
- Proven writing and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree required

Benefits
Full-time positions are offered with a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually, dependent on various factors. Additional benefits include:

Pay
The salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Positions are full-time, with a requirement of at least 75% travel.
