About the role
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle inquiries related to auctions, manage client accounts, and assist with order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage client accounts and update records accurately
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle returns and exchanges according to policy
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with online auction platforms beneficial
- Customer service orientation
