Customer Service Associate Tier I

About the role

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle inquiries related to auctions, manage client accounts, and assist with order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Manage client accounts and update records accurately
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery
• Handle returns and exchanges according to policy
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience with online auction platforms beneficial
