PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst

About the role

The role requires an experienced PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst who can support and enhance PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will work directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance PeopleSoft applications
• Work directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Gather requirements, communicate with business stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Write complex queries, troubleshoot, and perform data analysis using advanced SQL skills
• Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode programming
• Work in Agile development environments (preferred)

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development and customization
• Advanced knowledge of PeopleCode programming
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and development tools
• Ability to gather requirements, communicate with business stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within PeopleSoft environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Finance, or Supply Chain
• Experience working in Agile development environments
