About the role
This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through structured processes for solution analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Create and execute plans to meet client requirements and enhance application functionality
- Transform business processes to improve operational efficiency and comply with regulations
- Adapt to fluid project nature, architecting solutions independently or as part of a team
- Engage with clients' senior management and enhance skills in various domains
Requirements
- US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and at least six years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience
- Minimum six years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, and production support
- Skilled in drafting technical specifications and test plans for application enhancements
- Proficient in PeopleTools and extensive knowledge of complex SQL statement writing
- Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow
Pay
$113,000 – $188,000 annually. Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus.
