Peoplesoft HCM Solution Architect
About the Role
You will help lead our clients and the project team through a structured process to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions per client requirements. Define and execute a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met, while leading the team to continuously innovate and streamline application functionality and data quality assurance/testing processes. Our professionals help clients transform business processes, improve internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, increase transparency and performance management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. The role requires self-motivated individuals willing to architect and develop solutions independently or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members interact with clients' senior management and have opportunities to enhance skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and people development.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients and project teams through structured processes for analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Define and execute robust plans to meet client requirements.
- Innovate and streamline application functionality and data quality assurance/testing processes.
- Interact with clients' senior management and enhance skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and people development.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience.
- A MINIMUM of SIX (6) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of applications or systems.
- Experience drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations.
- Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query.
- Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow.
- Extensive experience writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six (6) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience.
- Six (6) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Skills
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on customer service and solution ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a Federal environment (nice to have).
- Familiarity with issue tracking software like JIRA and ServiceNow (nice to have).
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on factors including skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
