PeopleSoft HCM Developers

About the role

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with 8–12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience and deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM. Candidates must have recent, specific experience supporting one or more of the following modules: Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and/or ePerformance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise HCM applications within PeopleSoft.
• Support and maintain the following PeopleSoft modules: Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and ePerformance.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, Application Engine (AE), SQR, Component Interfaces (CI), and Integration Broker.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Recent, specific experience with at least one of the following modules: Workforce Administration (WFA), Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), or ePerformance.
