Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement customizations and modifications within the PeopleSoft system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer or similar role (8+ years experience).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft system architecture and modules.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools, such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Experience with developing customizations, reports, interfaces, and applications within PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft table structures, views, and data dictionary.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft integration technologies, such as Integration Broker or Component Interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PeopleSoft certification or training.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, or other modules.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) and related development techniques.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts and user management.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually.
