Peoplesoft Funct Analyst II

About the role

The Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst provides functional application expertise for various PeopleSoft Modules. This position leads in reviewing business requirements for data conversion solution designs to ensure cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Understanding functional processes and business rules related to the modules being supported.
• Participating in requirements analysis sessions and developing design specifications for each module they support.
• Maintaining knowledge of the system design and build to aid in the development of new technologies and solutions.
• Creating robust Business and Functional documentation to support Technical design, system/user testing and implementations.
• Acting as a liaison between functional and technical conversion teams.
• Assisting the testing team to execute test scripts that thoroughly exercise the conversion.
• Performing application troubleshooting and problem solving related to conversion.
• Managing multiple activities simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and meeting overlapping deadlines.
• Identifying, resolving, and escalating project issues (when necessary) in a reasonable period of time.
• Developing clear and concise documentation that facilitates repeatable migration of the applications or processes.
• Scheduling and prioritizing tasks with limited input and utilizing project management processes to maintain schedules and deadlines.
• Encouraging knowledge sharing amongst peers and business partners.
• Promoting informal mentorships within the team.
• Maintaining visibility to group strategic roadmaps.
• Encouraging the creation of system documentation to support the goal of becoming a learning organization.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of PeopleSoft Functional Design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Pay

$91,472.00 - $129,204.00 per year
