People Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI to enhance People processes through audits and redesign
• Implement process improvements with PeopleOps and functional leaders
• Drive company-wide AI strategy and adoption across teams
• Ensure accuracy of People metrics and reporting
• Build dashboards for real-time workforce insights
• Conduct surveys and analyses on attrition and hiring
• Participate in a variety of People projects as part of a small team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR transformation or people analytics in high-growth environments
• Experience optimizing operational processes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Glean and Gemini
• Solid understanding of core People metrics such as headcount and attrition
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, including Excel and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex data
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
