People Solutions Consultant II

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People Solutions Consultant to support HR service delivery across payroll, benefits, leave administration, employment processing, and other HR programs. This role will serve as an internal HR resource, helping employees and managers resolve inquiries while ensuring accurate processing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and solutions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, talent programs, and employment processing
• Manage employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, ADA, parental, military, and state-specific leave programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, HR partners, and third-party vendors throughout the leave process
• Perform payroll, benefits, and employment-related processing, research, and audits
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and disability vendors to coordinate leave pay and benefits continuation
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, particularly in benefits, payroll, employment processing, or leave administration
• Experience with multi-state payroll, benefits, onboarding, and/or employment processing
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other employee leave requirements
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across HR teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
