About the role
This position offers the opportunity to shape employee experiences and support organizational growth within a global, fast-moving environment. As a People Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders while helping teams build strong cultures, improve performance, and navigate change. You will combine HR expertise, data-driven insights, and strong relationship-building skills to create meaningful impact across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role supporting multiple teams or functions.
- Strong experience across organizational design, change management, performance management, employee engagement, coaching, development, and People programs.
- Experience using People data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and support business decisions.
- Ability to understand business objectives and connect people strategies to measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and leaders while influencing decisions and promoting accountability.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across different levels of an organization.
- Experience working in a global or distributed environment with diverse teams and perspectives.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with HR partners across recruiting, operations, rewards, and other functions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive environments and supporting employee well-being.
