About the role
Serve as the people partner for your client orgs: the first call for managers on hiring, performance, structure, and the hard conversations.
Own employee relations end to end: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
Run the people rhythms for your groups: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding that scale with 10x growth.
Coach managers, many of them first-time, into leaders their teams would choose again.
Put AI to work on the function itself: automate the repeatable so partner time goes to judgment, not paperwork.
