Monday – Friday; 6 AM to 3 or 4 PM (overtime eligible)

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders on policies, programs, and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization and support key HR initiatives.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support compliance efforts, audits, employment verifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution or routing.
- Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and HR communications.
- Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and engagement activities.
- Support culture-building initiatives and community partnership efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain HR procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, maintain confidential records, and support departmental administration.
- Assist with expense reporting, documentation requests, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, business operations, or an equivalent administrative function.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and process enhancement.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a multi-location or field-based organization.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
