Monday – Friday; 6 AM to 3 or 4 PM (overtime eligible)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders on policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Respond to employee and candidate inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization and support key HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support compliance efforts, audits, employment verifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR inquiries and ensure timely resolution or routing.
  • Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and HR communications.
  • Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, appreciation events, and engagement activities.
  • Support culture-building initiatives and community partnership efforts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Maintain HR procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, maintain confidential records, and support departmental administration.
  • Assist with expense reporting, documentation requests, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, business operations, or an equivalent administrative function.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and process enhancement.

Preferred

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location or field-based organization.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
