About The Role The role drives the day-to-day operations of the people team, optimizing HR infrastructure, compliance, and internal programs as the organization scales. The position partners closely with talent acquisition, finance, and leadership to deliver seamless onboarding, benefits administration, and people analytics. Key Responsibilities Administer end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management in HRIS platforms like BambooHR or WorkdayManage multi-state compliance, benefits enrollment, and payroll coordination in partnership with external vendors and finance teamsOptimize internal people processes, documentation, and employee handbooks to ensure scalability and claritySupport performance review cycles, compensation benchmarking, and engagement surveys using modern HR tech stacksAddress daily employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and internal tools with high responsiveness and confidentialityTrack people metrics and generate regular reports on headcount, retention, and time-to-hire What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or a similar human resources role within a technology or high-growth environmentDemonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment laws, compliance standards, and benefits administrationHands-on experience with modern HRIS, ATS, and payroll systemsExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills managing confidential informationBonus: Experience supporting distributed or remote teams and familiarity with SQL or advanced HR analytics tools
