Why This Role Matters

As our People Operations Generalist, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the people function at DualEntry. You'll support the team, enhance the employee experience, and develop the people programs and processes that enable rapid growth while maintaining a strong culture. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.

Where you'll create impact

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations
  • Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll, and internal systems
  • Own HR policies, templates, and internal employee communications
  • Resolve employee relations issues with strong judgment and discretion
  • Ensure smooth, high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages
  • Partner with Finance on payroll coordination, compensation changes, and audits
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters

Experience and Skills

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments
  • Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes
  • High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity, and systems to ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination, and compliance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity: $39,000 - $50,000
  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
