About the role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize our products, contributing to the success of our customers.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve service levels and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a similar technology company.
- Proven track record of improving operational processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cloud-based storage systems and data management best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
