People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, handbook, and benefits
  • Promote a positive employee experience through advocacy and relationship building
  • Care for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, build project setups, and support onboarding logistics
  • Support the new hire experience, including structured check-ins and satisfaction tracking
  • Administer HR systems (Paylocity), including audits, documentation management, and compensation updates
  • Conduct benefits administration, including 401(k), open enrollment and employee perks programs
  • Support employee check-ins to support performance, development, and career progression
  • Afford assistance with employee development initiatives, including Personal Progression Sessions and engagement surveys
  • Coordinate quarterly performance check-ins, including scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-up
  • Review timesheets for accuracy and track certification progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • One to Two years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
  • Professional HR certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Effective management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
