Responsibilities

  • Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, support day-to-day people needs, and help execute practical solutions that strengthen team performance.
  • Support core People initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and engagement.
  • Analyze workforce, talent, organizational, and operational data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform recommendations for People and business leaders.
  • Contribute to projects, reports, presentations, and process improvements that help simplify ways of working and strengthen People team impact across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; current university students or recent graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred.
  • Geographical and functional mobility required; open to future relocation and gaining experience across different People functions and U.S. locations.
  • Background or interest in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to deliver results above expectations in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple priorities, and stay agile through ambiguity, setbacks, and change.
  • Demonstrates leadership capability through previous work experience, internships, campus involvement, or extracurricular activities.
  • Uses data, insights, and curiosity to solve problems, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
  • Builds strong relationships, listens actively, seeks diverse perspectives, and can influence stakeholders across levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

As a general rule, the Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for purposes of obtaining temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency (“Green Cards”). Pay

$80,000 annually + signing bonus
