About the role

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and early career programs. This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with employees and executive leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and improve onboarding programs
  • Manage pre-boarding logistics and employee orientation
  • Facilitate new hire training and gather feedback for program enhancements
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends
  • Manage separation logistics including equipment returns, payroll, and benefits coordination
  • Ensure compliance throughout the offboarding process
  • Plan and execute culture-building events, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, catering, scheduling, and post-event feedback
  • Measure program success and ROI through surveys and reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Serve as a key point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and event planning
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion handling sensitive employee information
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or a Master's degree is a plus
