About the role
We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and early career programs. This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with employees and executive leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and improve onboarding programs
- Manage pre-boarding logistics and employee orientation
- Facilitate new hire training and gather feedback for program enhancements
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends
- Manage separation logistics including equipment returns, payroll, and benefits coordination
- Ensure compliance throughout the offboarding process
- Plan and execute culture-building events, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage event logistics, budgets, catering, scheduling, and post-event feedback
- Measure program success and ROI through surveys and reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the employee lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and event planning
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion handling sensitive employee information
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or a Master's degree is a plus
