People Department Manager

About the role

AMC Corp is looking for a High Energy, People-oriented person to head up their People Department. The ideal candidate will help build a team they can be proud of.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Lead Departments, ensuring the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure new hires get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, and use basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in recruiting and interviewing, leadership skills, and ServSafe certification are preferred.
