Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Lead Departments, including hiring, promoting, retaining, and training qualified crew members.
- Provide adequate training to all employees and ensure pay employee reviews and raises are completed on schedule.
- Ensure crew gets off to a good start and is recognized and motivated throughout their time working at the restaurant.
- Attract, hire, promote, and retain high-quality customer-focused employees.
- Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees.
- Ensure pay employee reviews and pay raises are completed on schedule.
- Provide an exceptional experience for all guests.
- Ensure crew enjoys working at McDonald's.
- Makes sure the crew represents the brand proudly & consistently.
- Set a positive, professional tone for success.
- Plan breaks and communicate with crew during shift.
- Ensure good communication between managers and crew.
- Develop crew schedules taking into consideration availability of team and need of store.
- Must be able to follow targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun, passionate about working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
- Ability to read and write.
- Possess basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to count money and accurately give change.
- A positive attitude.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage time effectively.
- Have hospitality knowledge and training.
- Recruiting and interviewing experience.
- Leadership skills.
- 6 months McDonald’s experience plus 6 months in food service management.
- ServSafe certification preferred.

Physical Requirements
- This position can be physically demanding.
