Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process from offer acceptance through a successful first day.
- Coordinate engaging New Employee Orientation sessions.
- Partner with hiring managers, IT, Facilities, Payroll, and department leaders to ensure employees are fully prepared to begin work.

- Support HR operations, including HRIS updates, onboarding documentation, benefits enrollment, and personnel records.
- Monitor compliance with employment documentation, licensure, certifications, and required training.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, employee onboarding, training coordination, or employee services.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or human services experience.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Casa Esperanza Benefits Package: Compensation: $58,000 - $60,000 annual salary401(k) Retirement Plan: All eligible employees may elect to participate after 1 year of service.
