People & Culture Manager - Four Seasons Hotel Boston

About the role
In this role, you will support the property’s employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes. You will help maintain accurate employee records, support internal audits, and provide occasional assistance to Learning & Development programs. You will uphold Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct while performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes

Requirements
- Knowledge of how to operate computer equipment
- Ability to read, speak and write English
- High level of attention to detail and time management
- Must be a self-starter
- Occasional travel required
- Scheduled days and times may vary based on business need
Pay
Salary Range: $82,000 to $87,550
