People & Culture Generalist

Our client, a growing blockchain technology company, is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join its team in New York City. This role will support employee experience, people operations, organizational initiatives, and workforce analytics while partnering closely with senior leadership to scale people programs and processes. The position offers broad exposure to culture-building, HR operations, reporting, and organizational change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement, onboarding, and people programs
• Develop and manage people analytics, headcount reporting, workforce metrics, and dashboard development
• Support organizational change initiatives and change management programs
• Partner with senior leadership to scale people programs and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of progressive HR, People & Culture, or People Operations experience
• Experience within a high-growth startup or technology environment
• Experience with people analytics, workforce metrics, and reporting
