Job Description

Advise managers and employees on property and casualty matters and leadership issues. Support core P&C processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and teams in selected business units to ensure HR truly supports business results – not just process completion.
• Co-create the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation through to performance reviews, talent management, and regular 1:1s with managers.
• Partner with managers as their sparring partner on leadership topics, team dynamics, and decisions related to people.
• Support performance management processes including PIPs and sensitive situations that arise.
• Engage in employee development activities such as workshops, training, and various learning initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve the overall organization's functioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Fluent German (spoken and written communication), good knowledge of English.
• Proactive mindset – see solutions, not obstacles.
• Strong communication and partnership skills across different organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver results.
• Knowledge of information systems and tools.

Pay

Base salary of 2000 € gross per month (depending on experience and language level) plus annual bonus.
