Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of positions, including engineering, technical, and AEC-related roles.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment workflows, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to support hiring needs.
- Aid in maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Assist with recruitment reporting, tracking, and ATS management.
- Cook up onboarding, offer administration, and new hire setup.
- Aid in employee documentation, HR administration processes, and HR systems updates.
- Maintain employee records and support day-to-day People Operations activities.
- Cook up with employee communications, engagement initiatives, training activities, and workplace culture programs.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and leaders across the business and act as a first point of contact for People-related matters in the U.S.
- Aid with Global Mobility processes and visa and immigration-related coordination activities.
- Stay informed on HR best practices, People Operations trends, and U.S. employment legislation updates.
- Aid with HR process improvements while working closely with the People Team to support a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within AEC or other technical environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR coordination, People Operations, or related Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS platforms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

Location
This role is based full-time in our Phoenix office. We are seeking candidates who are located in the Greater Phoenix area or willing to relocate, as in-person collaboration and relationship-building are important aspects of this position.
