Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to executives on leadership and interpersonal dynamics
• Collaborate with various departments to align talent strategy with business needs
• Inspire and develop a team of People Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a senior HR or people operations role
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, especially in AI-driven environments
• Strong capability to influence cross-functional teams with diverse objectives
• Experience in building and developing high-performing People Business Partner teams
• Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
