Responsibilities

- Provide coaching and support to executives on leadership and interpersonal dynamics
- Collaborate with various departments to align talent strategy with business needs
- Inspire and develop a team of People Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior HR or people operations role
- Proven track record in organizational transformation, especially in AI-driven environments
- Strong capability to influence cross-functional teams with diverse objectives
- Experience in building and developing high-performing People Business Partner teams
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
