Responsibilities

  • Career and Onboarding Coordination: Post vacancies, schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication; support onboarding activities and document completion.
  • Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage employee records, ensure accurate data entry, support lifecycle processes, maintain personnel files, and comply with record retention and policy requirements.
  • Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Support: Administer payroll, coordinate benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, respond to employee questions about benefits, manage leave administration, and assist with workers' compensation and unemployment documentation.
  • Employee Support and Site Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, support engagement activities, recognition programs, and local events; coordinate facility access and employee badge administration; maintain confidentiality.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of employee records and documentation; support internal and external audits; follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and report preparation.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or similar HCM platforms.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
