About the role
The role is responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Implement and promote diversity and inclusion programs
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field
- Experience in managing employee relations and conducting performance reviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
