About the role

The role is responsible for managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Implement and promote diversity and inclusion programs
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field
  • Experience in managing employee relations and conducting performance reviews
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
