About the Role

Implementation and execution of all relevant HR requirements based on defined process maps and the regulatory framework of the business and HR group strategy. Development and improvement of local processes and standards, acting as a business partner to the local management team, and ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and improvement of operative HR topics and processes based on current and future needs.
  • Execution of accurate reporting to essential HR KPIs and conduction of improvement measures.
  • Ensuring proper personnel administration, time recording, and payroll.
  • External collaboration (e.g., authorities, societies, service providers) and internal collaboration with all departments.
  • HR Controlling and collaboration with Controlling & Accounting for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and personnel cost planning.
  • Execution of all employee life cycle processes (Recruitment, On-boarding, Talent Management & Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and Termination process).
  • Supporting the local management team and all local employees in HR-relevant matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with Carcoustics standards, guidelines, processes, and local rules.
  • Participating in local and international projects or expert circles.
  • Cost center responsibility and power of authority according to signature policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or comparable qualification.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources within an industrial environment.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP SuccessFactors.
