We are now strengthening our team in Braselton, Georgia, with a People and Culture Business Partner. As People and Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing all Human Resources functions across the Braselton, GA location, including end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel management. You will contribute to building a strong organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and enabling our leaders and employees to perform at their best. You will be part of the broader Nefab Americas People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director. In this function, you will collaborate closely with site leaders, cross-functional managers, and regional HR colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor and hands-on HR partner. Job Summary Serve as the primary on-site HR presence at the Braselton, GA location, acting as the point of contact for all employee HR-related needs, questions, and concerns.Partner with leaders on HR initiatives and coach them on HR-related issues.Implement and promote company culture, values, and policies across the site.Lead end-to-end local recruiting, including interviewing candidates and coordinating interviews with onsite management.Prepare job offers and initiate background checks.Provide recruitment reports to team managers.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Lead onboarding and training programs for new employees and contingent workforce.Maintain and process employee records accurately.Review timecards and process Personnel Action Forms to support accurate and timely payroll.Train employees and managers on the Paycom system, including punch edits and employee self-service.Manage employee engagement events within the sub-region.Complete miscellaneous HR and administrative projects as assigned. Your Profile Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)SHRM certification preferredMinimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experienceProven experience in HR, recruiting, workers’ compensation, and payrollKnowledge of the local hiring market, competition, and blue-collar workforceStrong understanding of labor and employment laws at the federal, state, and local levelBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to build rapport and maintain trusted relationships with employees at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Paycom, and related HR systemsSolid knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving and sound decision-making abilitiesLeadership and coaching skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach Company values and Ways of Working Our core values are Simplicity, Empowerment and Respect.
