  • Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources to ensure consistency and operational excellence
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data through regular audits, data governance practices, and regulatory reporting requirements, including EEOC, ACA/1095-C, and other applicable obligations
  • Serve as a key resource for HR systems and integrations, partnering with People Technology to support enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainable issue resolution
  • Partner effectively across a multi-site organization, collaborating with regional and global teams to align processes, systems, and improvement initiatives
  • Occasionally support key operational activities during peak periods or when additional team coverage is needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect systems, process, and business outcomes, and translate operational challenges into clear recommendations, documentation, and actionable solutions

Benefits

The opportunity to work alongside best-in-class professionals from over 40 different countries

A highly competitive compensation package including performance-based bonus structure
