About the role

We are seeking a PEO Business Consultant to join our company-wide team. This role will be hybrid, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with HR compliance and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with clients to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Managing benefits administration and enrollment processes
  • Providing guidance on employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
