About the role
We are seeking a PEO Business Consultant to join our company-wide team. This role will be hybrid, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with HR compliance and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement HR strategies
- Assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Managing benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Providing guidance on employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or a related field
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
